the high quality die-casting mould is used for casting big aluminium alloy parts, the mould base is made of S50C steel with hardness of HRC18~20, and the inserts are made of ASSAB 8407 special die steel with hardness of HRC44~46, the mould life is more than 200,000 cycles.
