Cold Runner 1+1 Cav Injection Mould for Suitcase
the cold runner plastic injection mould is used for molding production of suitcase; the mould base excepting A/B plates is made of prehardened S50C steel with hardness of HRC18~20, however the A/B plates are made of prehardened P20H steel with hardness of HRC30~40, there are no individual insert cores; and the sliders and lifters are made of hardened 2344 steel with hardness of HRC48~52, the mould life is guaranteed for  300,000 cycles.
